Make a "Healthy Eating Contract" with yourself to set goals for a Thanksgiving meal. Clearly state how you will approach eating during that day and what you want to accomplish. If you end up eating too much that day, don't beat your self up! Just make a plan to get back on track, that's what it's all about!
