Do you have 20, 40, 60 pounds or more to lose?

Good health isn’t a race, it’s a marathon.

Regardless of how much you weigh now and how much you need to lose, we can personalize a program to ensure you lose weight quickly and so that the weight stays off. We offer peer support and expert advice from our physicians and registered dietitian.

All patients must be over 18 years of age and have a BMI greater than or equal to 27.  Patients are screened by the DECO Healthy Living staff, through medical history, lab testing and behavioral/diet readiness questionnaires. Once accepted, patients are regularly monitored by our physicians and registered dietitian to ensure safe, healthy weight loss. The medical staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while patients are enrolled in the program.

The number one predictor of long term success in weight management is regular exercise. The DECO Healthy Living Program provides patients with the knowledge they need to start and maintain an exercise program.

The Two Main Phases of the DECO Healthy Living Weight Loss Program

Safe, healthy weight loss.

REDUCING WEIGHT:

During this initial phase, patients consume high protein, low carbohydrate meal replacement shakes/bars, weekly medical monitoring with our registered dietitian and weekly classes/education materials that focus on long term weight management.

MAINTENANCE:

Patients continue to develop long term weight management skills with monthly medical monitoring with our registered dietitian as they experience the ups and downs of life after weight loss.

All shakes, bars and meal replacement products are available for purchase at our office. A variety of flavors and selections are offered.
